Blake Lively: The Thighs The Limit

So you're probably looking at this image of Blake with her nose in the air, her hands sashaying side to side and she's clearly strutting as if she's made that side walk her personal catwalk -  and really you can't help but admire her, because she's not narcissist, conceited or even rude. Truth is, she's just aware of herself and the cult status that acts as an aura around her.

Lively is loved within the media for her down to earth attitude which she puts down to a supportive family. "I have a tight-knit Southern family," she says. "So whenever I tell people I'm from L.A., they say, 'Yeah, but you don't count,' I guess because of the Southern values I was raised with, and the way I eat—the more sugary and cheesy and fried, the better."

You wouldn't think so though when looking at this image. Her upper thighs are taunt, dimple-free and boast a healthy glow that some of us ladies don't even achieve in the peak of summer.

However, if you're wanting to create this incredibly sexy look, you can with these simple steps and three agents that will allow for amazing results (like above) faster.

We can't all get away with eating badly (like lively) and still look that good, so really any help in the beauty department should be happily taken!

Exfoliate (To remove dead skin cells and create smooth skin)

I have fallen in love with, and regularly use, Eminence Organic Skin Care Coconut Sugar Scrub when I'm in the shower. It's fantastic to buff away at my wind chapped arms or legs and it smells divine. The gritty scrub features raw sugar cane granules and potent virgin coconut oil which helps to deeply hydrate the skin. By sloughing away at dead skin cells, your limbs will look tighter and brighter due to a more even pigmentation. You'll also be ready for your second step to achieving Lively's amazing legs because you've created the perfect base to apply tan, $74.

Tan (add a faux glow with a gradual tanner, it'll appear more natural in the cooler months as well, and you'll be able to bear all like Lively without making on lookers squint from the glare of your white limbs!)

Celebrities (everyone from Anna Lyne McCord to Dannii Minogue) are wising up to how fantastic Vani-T's Bronzing Custard is. I know right - how interesting is that name, just hold yourself back from eating it though, and it will be hard - it smells amazing! This gradual self tanner cleverly combines serious skin care benefits with a healthy touch of bronze thanks to the use of marine collagen extract, aloe vera, vitamins A &E, and botanical oils to nourish and improve skin's elasticity, tone and texture, $30.90

Moisturise (a very important step if you want to keep your glow for longer without it looking patchy!)

So I'm guessing you've seen this ad (and you most definitley have if you live in Australia or America - it's played all the time. Lucky I love Jennifer Aniston. She's just so relatable!). If you havent watch it. Aveeno is a budget friendly beauty brand that's putting the big luxury cosmetic companies to shame (sorry guys!). When us girls are looking for a body moisturiser we want one thats good bang for buck, but still delivers great reults for our skin. Our epidermis is the largest organ in our body after all - so as soon as it's looking lack lustre thats a telltale sign there might be something wrong with your health - even if it just means your dehydrated!

I love Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion because it soothes my skin, it's non-greasy and because it's made from natural colloidal oatmeal and rich emollients I don't suffer from any itchy rashes.

Fast fact? It's also proven to moisturise the skin for 24 hours, increasing the skin's moisture level by three times within four hours. And it's Fragrance free. What's not to love? $12.95

And now that you've moisturised (*not on the same day that you fake tanned, the following days after) you will be able to keep your glow for longer, and wear LBD's like Lively, and thigh high heels to boot.See what I did there! Take care,

SS x
